Amanda and Matt met in Aspen during an afternoon of après ski at The Little Nell, and got engaged while horseback riding in Snowmass, so it was perfectly fitting that they seal the deal near those memorable spots. They chose Chaparral Ranch in Woody Creek, Colorado, as their location, and we quickly began planning a wedding that would feel intimate and warm, and simple yet elegant. The springtime soiree incorporated organic design elements to highlight the local surroundings, including blooming branches and hanging greenery, with twinkly lights setting it all aglow. And when it came to ending the night, we went out with a bang (and a bite) by serving McDonald’s Big Macs and French fries because the combo is a staple of the couple’s.
