Going Corporate in Aspen

While we love event planning and designing weddings in Aspen and Denver and destinations near and far, we also truly enjoy our work in the corporate realm. We work a lot with corporate groups  in the finance, legal, or medical space that come to town, assisting with their destination management needs from transportation, activity management, and event-specific needs. We help secure venues, vendors, and manage the overall experience from arrival to departure—just like with our wedding clients. Most of the groups coming to town seek an element of fun, and we want to make sure their agenda overall isn’t too stuffy or boring.

In the last year, we’ve helped an investment bank with two days of educational events and two evenings of mingling, a pair of medical groups looking for an itinerary of activities where they could meet up and enjoy all that Aspen has to offer, and partnered with the Food & Wine Classic and Aspen Mag to kick things off.

If you’re coming to town to network, connect, meet up and ski, host a conference, or be part of the food and wine scene, we’ve got you covered. Just like a wedding, there’s a big focus on the guest experience, and we’re all about it. Plus, there are so many different venues to accommodate all types of corporate events. We’d love to connect with you about how we can be your Aspen event planners and bring your gathering to fruition.

Top Conference Venues
The St. Regis Aspen Resort: Well suited to large groups, this luxury hotel offers exceptional service and a team that’s very familiar with corporate events.
The Little Nell: A hotel with mountaintop access, plus guests love the gondola experience and having a fine dining experience at 11,212 feet. The culinary program here blows people’s minds.
Pine Creek Cookhouse or T-Lazy-7 Ranch: Both of these properties offer plenty of space, plus an authentic mountain experience.

Top Spots for Smaller Corporate Gatherings
Betula: This is a hot restaurant in town, but also a great setting for dinners in town, in a chic environment.
Casa Tua: With a sister property in Miami, many guests to are familiar with the restaurant, but it’s fun to show them the Aspen version. Its size is perfect for a social or corporate group, plus they have a built-in (and totally hidden) AV system, which makes impromptu presentations very possible.
