Spotlight On: T-Lazy-7 Ranch in Aspen

It’s been just about a decade since we first worked at T-Lazy-7 Ranch here in Aspen. The 80-year-old spot nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains has been a great place for us to dream up weddings and other events.

We love the epic views of nature but also the close proximity to the conveniences of town. Our clients swoon over the view of Pyramid Peak, and we don’t blame them.We love how green and lush the venue is in June and July, but can’t discount fall because of the changing colors of the leaves. We can’t wait to create our next event there!

We typically celebrate the natural setting, but have designed weddings that were more boho and others that were black-tie and modern—plus plenty in between.

While we’ve done several events and rehearsal dinners in the lodge and on the chuckwagon grounds, we’re total suckers for the sprawling meadow. But regardless of the exact spot on the expansive grounds, and whether it’s a cowboy-themed dinner in the lodge, a 300-person tented wedding on the grass, or a breakfast and hike combo the morning after the big day, the options here are nearly endless.
