Sloan grew up vacationing in Crested Butte, Colorado, so when she and Scott came to us to plan their destination wedding, they requested a venue with views of Mount Crested Butte. We chose a private ranch that offered just that, as well as a blank canvas to create a black tie option but still laid-back celebration. Since the bride hails from Texas, we added touches of Southern charm (check out the adorable groom’s cake), neutral accents (mostly white, grey, and copper), and a minimal yet lush aesthetic overall thanks to Tinge. Jose Villa documented the day—which came with a bit of rain that didn’t stop us from making this one delightful summer celebration—and his photos are so stunning!
