This week’s vendor crush is Megan Joy Wedding Cakes due to her amazing presentation and unique wedding cake style! We were fortunate enough to have her visit us here for a tasting in Aspen where we learned that her wedding cakes are extraordinarily flavored with the finest locally selected ingredients and are beautifully decorated with hand made edible flowers. Megan specializes in the delicate fondant feathers that adorn many of her wedding cakes and each cake is custom made to order. In addition to creating beautiful cakes, Megan offers a unique variety of flavors such as rich chocolate cake, sour cream cake, and a dark chocolate stout cake. Our favorite was her pumpkin cake with a white chocolate hazelnut crunch, spiced apple cider caramel, and cranberry buttercream. We are looking forward to sharing her unique wedding cakes and incredible style with our future brides!
